1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by d63jl (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and d63jl, a duly licensed online gaming operator regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

d63jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of d63jl services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through email notifications or prominent website announcements where legally required.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register and maintain an account with d63jl, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or be physically located within Philippine territory when accessing the Platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registers, gambling addiction databases, or prohibited player lists maintained by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local laws.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an account with d63jl, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number, email address, and preferred username and password. You acknowledge that d63jl will conduct identity verification procedures which may require submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other documentation as deemed necessary for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with d63jl. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, email domain, or payment method are strictly prohibited. d63jl employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple accounts, d63jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all related accounts, void any winnings, confiscate deposits and bonuses, and report the matter to regulatory authorities. Exceptions to this policy require explicit written approval from d63jl management and are granted only in extraordinary circumstances.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Credential Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username, password, and any security questions or two-factor authentication methods. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. d63jl will never request your password via email, telephone, or any communication channel outside the secure login interface. You agree to immediately notify d63jl's customer support team of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breaches.

3.2 Account Activity and Liability

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. This includes all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, bonus claims, and communications made using your credentials. d63jl shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. In cases where unauthorized access is proven to result from security failures on d63jl's infrastructure, liability will be determined in accordance with applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All payment methods must be registered in your legal name and directly associated with your verified account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and transaction reversal.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the transaction process. Standard minimum deposits range from ₱100 to ₱500 depending on the chosen payment channel. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification level and payment method capabilities. Deposits are typically processed instantly for e-wallet and cryptocurrency transactions, while bank transfers may require 15 minutes to 2 hours for confirmation depending on the issuing bank's processing procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures and Requirements

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. To process a withdrawal, you must have completed full account verification including submission and approval of required KYC documents. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 for most payment methods. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits. d63jl processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method selected and current processing volumes. 4.4 Wagering Requirements for Withdrawals

To maintain compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests can be processed. Deposits that have not met this minimum wagering requirement will require the player to complete additional wagers or accept a withdrawal processing fee equivalent to 15% of the unplayed deposit amount. This policy applies to all players regardless of bonus participation and is designed to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or rollover requirements) specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Standard wagering requirements at d63jl range from 10x to 40x depending on the type of bonus. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement requires ₱25,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-50%, and certain excluded games contribute 0%. 5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

d63jl prohibits bonus abuse tactics including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated betting patterns designed to minimize risk while completing wagering requirements, using software or automated systems to play through bonuses, and any other strategies deemed to constitute bonus abuse. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, accounts suspended or terminated, and may be permanently banned from future promotions. d63jl's decision regarding bonus abuse is final and binding.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generators and Game Fairness

All games offered on the d63jl Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure completely random and unpredictable outcomes. Our game providers are licensed and regularly audited by independent testing agencies to verify the integrity and fairness of RNG systems. d63jl does not have the ability to manipulate game outcomes, influence RNG results, or provide any player with unfair advantages. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slots and casino games and represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair advantages or generate winnings.

6.3 Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of game malfunction, software errors, or technical issues that affect game outcomes, all affected bets and gameplay will be declared void. d63jl will investigate all reported malfunctions and determine appropriate remediation on a case-by-case basis. If a malfunction results in incorrect crediting of winnings to your account, d63jl reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your account balance accordingly. Players are encouraged to immediately report any suspected game malfunctions to customer support.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

7.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

d63jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We recognize that for a small percentage of players, gambling can become problematic. We provide comprehensive responsible gaming tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. These tools include deposit limits, wagering limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Limitations

Players who wish to take a break from gambling can request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. 8. Account Suspension and Termination

d63jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account under the following circumstances: violation of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering; provision of false or misleading information during registration; failure to complete KYC verification when requested; engaging in bonus abuse or prohibited betting patterns; using the Platform from restricted jurisdictions; failure to pay outstanding debts or chargebacks; or at d63jl's sole discretion to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with regulatory requirements.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure is finalized, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account balance. Any unclaimed funds will be held for a period of 90 days, after which they may be forfeited to d63jl in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons through self-exclusion programs are subject to different procedures as outlined in the Responsible Gaming section.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and materials displayed on the d63jl Platform are the intellectual property of d63jl or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from d63jl.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

While d63jl strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, server downtime, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. d63jl shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from service interruptions, provided that in-progress wagers at the time of interruption will be honored once service is restored.

10.2 Financial Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, d63jl's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, minus any withdrawals processed during that period. d63jl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

d63jl is committed to protecting your personal information and privacy in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. d63jl employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure data centers, and access controls to protect your personal and financial information.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. By using d63jl services, you submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue or inconvenient forum.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute or disagreement between you and d63jl, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If informal resolution is not successful, you may escalate the matter through our formal complaints procedure. For disputes that remain unresolved, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR, which serves as the regulatory authority overseeing our operations. PAGCOR's decision in regulatory matters is final and binding on both parties.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and d63jl regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of these terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without d63jl's prior written consent. d63jl may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, provided that the assignee agrees to assume d63jl's obligations under these terms.
